StarBright Learning Center offers first-class academic support to homeschoolers seeking to deepen their knowledge of core subjects.  It also provides learners the opportunity to engage with their peers in a variety of diverse enrichment classes.  Located on a beautiful campus in the heart of Burbank, StarBright Learning Center gives students the tools, the knowledge, and the community they need to thrive on their homeschool journeys.

Exceptional Academics

StarBright Learning Center provides academic support that far exceeds what’s offered by most other learning centers in terms of rigor and scope.  Its curriculum is WASC-accredited and UC-aligned and its courses are taught in distraction-free classroom environments on a spacious campus that offers students room to move and learn.  The majority of student work is done by hand on paper, and lessons are delivered by real human beings, not screens.  Learners also have access to a wide range of educational resources including textbooks, workbooks, and various creative tools, and are encouraged to contribute to lessons by asking questions and sharing ideas.

With decades of teaching experience among them, StarBright Learning Center's qualified instructors bring lessons to life with passion and enthusiasm.  Each member of StarBright’s instructional team brings with them not just a knowledge of their field, but a love and excitement for it that captivates and inspires.  Students benefit from lessons that come from both the mind and heart, and from a setting completely free of agendas or distraction.

At StarBright Learning Center, students go all-in on learning with fun projects, messy experiments, and creative approaches to lessons.  Subjects aren’t just taught; they’re experienced, as learners get immersed in a variety of projects that challenge them to work together to put theories into practice.  Building, gardening, and even reverse engineering are some of the many mind-bending activities StarBright students regularly engage in.

StarBright Learning Center isn’t just a learning center -- it’s a community.  Students take part in all sorts of special events and even field trips!  Situated on a beautiful campus formerly occupied by a private school, Starbright Learning Center has plenty of room to stage elaborate productions, incredible talent shows, and parties big and small.  Walking access to a beautiful park means families can bond over field days and picnics, and a location right in the heart of Burbank means students can enjoy regular visits to museums, aquariums, and more.
