Mr. Connor Park

Math & Science Educator

Mr. Park brings a love of problem solving, curiosity, and discovery to his math and science classes. Originally from Texas, he moved to California to attend the University of Southern California, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

One of Mr. Park’s favorite things about math is that he sees it as a puzzle waiting to be solved. He loves helping students break challenging concepts into manageable pieces, try different approaches, and experience that incredibly satisfying moment when something finally clicks. His goal is for students to build confidence in their abilities and realize that they really can tackle even the problems that may seem intimidating at first.

His approach to science is all about curiosity and asking great questions. Mr. Park loves exploring how the pieces of the world around us fit together and encouraging students to look beyond simply learning the “right answer” to discover the why behind it.

When he’s not teaching, Mr. Park enjoys hiking, watching movies, and cheering on USC football. He’s excited to bring his enthusiasm for math and science to StarBright and create a classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions, thinking differently, and discovering just how much fun learning can be.
